Megan Knutson Sinaise joined the MyHEART research program and the UW Health Innovation Program as a Health Coach in 2017.
She has recently worked as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with UW Health’s Preventive Cardiology Program assisting in the in-patient & out-patient cardiac rehab and nuclear medicine settings. In this capacity Megan served UW patients in diagnostic testing for heart disease and management of heart disease through behavior change in the areas of exercise, diet, stress management and smoking cessation. Megan also has professional experience in pediatric clinical research, corporate wellness, personal training, group fitness and youth coaching.
Megan received her Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Exercise Sport Science with minors in Nutrition and Strength and Conditioning and her Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse.
Her personal interests include spending time with family, reading, being active in her church, practicing yoga and meditation, running, and playing soccer and tennis.
